“I have lived at Cap Estate since 1991 which now boasts of road signage, maintained roundabouts, LED public lighting, de-bushing, road maintenance and many more projects onstream. The transformation is remarkable and there is a great community spirit. I am a proud member of CEA and I encourage all residents to join.
